Carefully repackage your furniture or home accessories in the original shipping materials to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Schedule Collection or Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid return label for smaller items, or coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a white-glove pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
